CAPACITY RELEASE MODIFICATIONS – FERC ORDER 712

Consistent with FERC Order 712, Paiute Pipeline is implementing changes to its Capacity Release programs.  The changes prescribed call for a removal of the price cap on capacity releases of less than one year in duration.  In addition, Paiute Pipeline’s Capacity Release program has been modified to accept Asset Management Arrangements (AMA).  These changes will become effective July 30, 2008.
