NOTICE TO SHIPPERS AND CUSTOMERS

As previously communicated in a Notice issued on December 7, 2007, Paiute Pipeline transitioned to a new Citrix remote access environment known as Citrix Presentation Server on Wednesday, December 19, 2007.  This Notice serves as a reminder that the links to the previous Citrix environment will not be available after Friday, January 18, 2008.  As of that date, customers will be required to utilize the new Citrix login.      

 

For optimal performance, it is recommended that you have a minimum version of Citrix Presentation Server Client 10.1 installed.  It is also recommended that customers open port 2598 on their firewalls for additional reliability.
