NOTICE TO LNG CUSTOMERS

LNG Vaporization Pump Failure

January 17, 2007

Paiute Pipeline experienced failure of an LNG vaporization pump on January 16, 2007. Technicians will be inspecting the pump to diagnose the cause of the problem, and extent of required repairs. The estimated daily delivery capacity from the LNG Plant will be limited to 35,979 Dth per day starting Gas Day January 17 and continuing until the necessary repairs can be made. If nominations for vaporization service exceed the daily delivery capacity during this period, they will be allocated pro rata in proportion to received nominations in accordance with Section 2.2(b) of Rate Schedule LGS-1 of Paiute’s tariff. Paiute is requesting that LNG customers nominate LNG vaporization as early in the gas day as possible in order to have sufficient time to get it in the system; nominations received late in the gas day may not allow for sufficient time to vaporize the requested volume.

Customers are reminded that an OFO remains in place requiring interconnecting parties to limit actual takes so as not to exceed Daily Scheduled Quantities.

Further information will be passed along to Paiute’s LNG customers as available.  Any questions regarding this information may be directed Paiute Pipeline Scheduling (702) 876-7332.
