NOTICE TO SHIPPERS AND CUSTOMERS
NORTHWEST ENTITLEMENT PERIOD
OFO LIFTED
April 18, 2008
Paiute is lifting the
Operational Flow Order for overruns issued on April 4, 2008. The
penalty provisions of Section 5.2(b) will not be in effect beginning with the
gas day of Friday, April 18, 2008. Although linepack is stable, Paiute urges you
to continue to schedule your supply so that sufficient gas is being delivered
to Paiute to cover gas being taken off the system.
Paiute issued the OFO on April 4, 2008 because Northwest had declared a Stage II Overrun
Entitlement period subjecting Paiute to penalties for any overruns greater than
8%. Effective Friday, April 18, 2008, Northwest will lift the entitlement due to the moderate
weather forecasts for most of the Pacific
Northwest market
area. However, as mentioned above,
Paiute urges customers to attempt to avoid over pulls for the foreseeable
future.
Any changes in the above information
will be passed along to Paiute’s customers immediately. Any questions regarding this information may
be directed to Mark Anderson, Paiute Pipeline Scheduling, (702)876-7332.
