NOTICE  TO SHIPPERS  AND  CUSTOMERS

 

LOW LINEPACK OFO LIFTED

 

January 18, 2007

 Paiute is lifting the Operational Flow Order for overruns issued on January 13, 2007.  The lifting of the OFO is effective at 1:00 p.m. on gas day January 18, 2007.  The penalty provisions of Section 5.2(a) of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of Paiute’s tariff will not be in effect for the gas day of January 18, 2007.  Although linepack has been stabilized, Paiute urges you to continue to schedule your supply so that sufficient gas is being delivered to Paiute to cover gas being taken off the system. Paiute urges customers to attempt to avoid over pulls for the foreseeable future.

Customers are also reminded that Paiute still has an OFO in effect in accordance with 5.2(b) of the GT&C due to entitlements being in effect on NWPL.
