NORTHWEST ENTITLEMENT PERIOD

OFO LIFTED

 

January 19, 2007

 

Paiute is lifting the Operational Flow Order for overruns issued on January 9, 2007.  The penalty provisions of Section 5.2(b) of the General Terms and Conditions Paiute’s tariff will not be in effect beginning with the gas day of Saturday, January 20, 2007.  Although linepack is stable, Paiute urges you to continue to schedule your supply so that sufficient gas is being delivered to Paiute to cover gas being taken off the system.

 

Paiute issued the OFO on January 9, 2007 because Northwest had declared a Stage III Overrun Entitlement period subjecting Paiute to penalties for any overruns greater than 13%. Effective Saturday, January 20, 2007, Northwest lifted the entitlement, however, as mentioned above, Paiute urges customers to attempt to avoid over pulls for the foreseeable future.
