NORTHWEST ENTITLEMENT PERIOD

OFO LIFTED

 

November 15, 2006

 

Paiute is lifting the Operational Flow Order for overruns issued on November 14, 2006.  The penalty provisions of Section 5.2(b) will not be in effect beginning with the gas day of Wednesday, November 15, 2006.  Although linepack is stable, Paiute urges you to continue to schedule your supply so that sufficient gas is being delivered to Paiute to cover gas being taken off the system.

 

Paiute issued the OFO on November 14, 2006 because Northwest had declared a Stage III Overrun Entitlement period subjecting Paiute to penalties for any overruns greater than 13%. Effective Wednesday, November 15, 2006, Northwest lifted the entitlement, however, as mentioned above, Paiute urges customers to attempt to avoid over pulls for the foreseeable future.
