NOTICE TO SHIPPERS AND CUSTOMERS
Operational Contacts
Paiute Pipeline is currently updating its customer contact
list to allow notification to Shippers of developing operational problems which
could necessitate the issuance of an OFO. In accordance with Section 4.6(f) of
the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of Paiute’s tariff, Shippers are
requested to designate a primary operational contact (and/or secondary
contacts) for Paiute to notify on a 24-hour per day, 365 days a year basis. Please note that pursuant to Section 4.6(f), if
Paiute is unable to notify any shipper because that Shipper’s contact is
unavailable, such Shipper shall be solely responsible for any consequences.

information including phone numbers (office, home or cell). Please return this notice via fax to Paiute at
1-800-782-8338 by Monday, September 15, 2008.
