Operational Flow Order (OFO) Warning

Northwest Pipeline Corporation Declared Entitlement Warning

September 28, 2007

 

Northwest Pipeline Corporation (Northwest) has provided notice of that it may declare customer-specific or system Entitlements for overruns for receiving parties located north of the Kemmerer Compressor Station effective immediately.  Therefore, Paiute is requesting that customers stay on rate until further notice.  If Northwest Pipeline declares Entitlements, Paiute will issue an OFO in accordance with Section 5.2(b) of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of Paiute’s tariff.
