Northwest Pipeline Corporation Declared Entitlement Warning LIFTED

Northwest Pipeline Corporation (Northwest) has provided notice that it is lifting customer-specific or system Entitlements for overruns for receiving parties located north of the Kemmerer Compressor Station effective gas day Saturday, October 6, 2007. If Northwest Pipeline declares Entitlements in the future, Paiute will issue an OFO in accordance with Section 5.2(b) of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of Paiute’s tariff.
