NOTICE TO SHIPPERS AND CUSTOMERS
Operational Flow Order (OFO) LIFTED
Due to Excess Linepack Drafting
March 29,
2007
Paiute is lifting the
Operational Flow Order due to excess linepack drafting issued on March 28, 2007. The penalty provisions of Section 5.2(a) of
the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of Paiute’s tariff will not be in
effect beginning with the gas day of Thursday,
March 29, 2007. Although
linepack is stable, Paiute urges you to continue to schedule your supply so
that sufficient gas is being delivered to Paiute to cover gas being taken off
the system.
Paiute issued the OFO on March 28,
2007 because Paiute’s
linepack was very low due to customers and receiving parties taking more than
their scheduled volumes. However, as
mentioned above, Paiute urges customers to attempt to avoid over pulls for the
foreseeable future.
Any changes in the above information
will be passed along to Paiute’s customers immediately. Any questions regarding this information may
be directed to Mark Anderson, Paiute Pipeline Scheduling, (702)876-7332.
