Northwest Pipeline Corporation Declared Entitlement For Overruns LIFTED

Paiute is lifting the Operational Flow Order for overruns that went into effect on November 28, 2007 due to Northwest Pipeline Corporation (Northwest) providing notice that it is lifting the Declared Entitlement for Overruns that was issued on November 26, 2007, effective gas day November 28, 2007. The penalty provisions of Section 5.2(b) of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of Paiute’s tariff will not be in effect for the gas day of December 4, 2007. Although linepack has been stabilized, Paiute urges you to continue to schedule your supply so that sufficient gas is being delivered to Paiute to cover gas being taken off the system.
