NOTICE TO SHIPPERS AND CUSTOMERS

Pipeline Maintenance

April 1, 2008

Beginning on the gas day of April 7, 2008 and continuing through the gas day of April 11, 2008, Paiute Pipeline Company expects to be performing modifications to the Spanish Springs Valve Assembly located near the Sierra Pacific City Gate No. 2 on Paiute’s Reno Lateral.  This work will involve removing from service each of the two adjacent pipelines on the lateral, one at a time, downstream of the Tracy Lateral Valve Assembly.  The modifications to the Spanish Springs Valve Assembly are necessary to prepare the lateral lines for pigging operations that Paiute currently plans to conduct in May 2008.

As a result of the maintenance work, Paiute estimates that the operationally available capacity on the Reno Lateral during this period will be reduced to approximately 64,200 Dth/day.  Paiute does not anticipate that there will be any cuts of primary firm transportation capacity nominations.  However, negative imbalance nominations may not be approved.

Please take notice that, depending upon the progress of the maintenance work, the affected days and the available capacity will be subject to change.  Paiute will update you as further information becomes available.

With respect to the pigging operations to be conducted in May 2008, Paiute will provide detailed information as soon as it is available.
