	Definition:   Includes bunker fuel oils (No. 5 and No. 6 fuel oils) 
                      and industrial fuel oils (No. 4 fuel oil).
Hinshaw Pipeline
	Synonym:
	Definition:   A pipeline that is not under FERC's jurisdiction by 
                      reason of section 1 (c) of the Natural Gas Act; 
                      generally this is an intrastate pipeline transporting 
                      and selling gas solely to be used within the state and
                      which pipeline is regulated by the state commission.
