7.  MEASUREMENT BASE

    Refer to Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of this tariff.

8.  FILING FEES

    Shipper shall reimburse Paiute for any and all filing fees incurred by
    Paiute in seeking governmental authorization for the initiation, exten-
    sion or termination of service under this rate schedule. Paiute shall
    not use such filing fee costs or the revenues so collected in the
    establishment of its general rates.

9.  HEAT CONTENT

    Refer to Section 3.1(e) and Section 3.2(e) of the General Terms and
    Conditions of this tariff.

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The General Terms and Conditions contained in this tariff are applic-
    able to this rate schedule and are hereby made a part hereof.
