10. HEAT CONTENT

    Refer to Section 3.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this
    tariff.

11. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The General Terms and Conditions contained in this tariff are appli-
    cable to this rate schedule and are hereby made a part hereof. Except 
    for Sections 4.7(c)(3) and 4.7(d)(4), the provisions of Section 4.7 
    of the General Terms and Conditions are applicable to service under 
    this rate schedule, subject to any applicable limitations set forth
    in this rate schedule, which shall supersede the provisions of Section
    4.7 of the General Terms and Conditions.
