                         GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
                                  (Continued)

2. MEASUREMENTS AND MEASURING EQUIPMENT (Continued)

2.1 Unit of Measurement and Basis of Measurement of Gas: (Continued)

         (i) For reporting purposes, BTU conversion factors should be
reported to not less than three (3) decimal places and
pressure base conversion factors should be reported to not
less than six (6) decimal places. For calculation purposes,
not less than six (6) decimal places should be used for both
              conversion factors.

Standardize the reporting basis for Btu as 14.73 psia and 60
degrees F (101.325 kPa and 15 degrees C and dry). Standardize
the reporting basis for gigacalorie as 1.035646 Kg/cm2 and
              15.6 degrees C and dry.

Standardize the reporting basis for gas volumes as cubic foot
at standard conditions of 14.73 psia, 60 degrees F and dry.
For gas volumes reported in cubic meters, the standard
conditions are 101.325 kPa, 15 degrees C and dry.

          (j) There are two types of allocation; daily and monthly. Paiute
will accept the following GISB-approved allocation methodology
types, Ranked, Pro Rata, Percentage, Swing and Operator
Provided Value, from the upstream or downstream custody
transfer party who is providing the point confirmation. Only
one allocation methodology should be applied per allocation
period. The same standard allocation methodologies are
available for use at all points. If the parties cannot agree
upon an allocation methodology, pro rata based upon confirmed
Nominations will be used as the default method. Paiute, as the
measuring party, will provide the allocation. Paiute will
express all allocated quantities and imbalances in the same
units as the nominated quantities and will report daily
operational allocations after the gas has flowed within one
              (1) business day after the end of the gas day. If the best
available data for reporting daily operational allocations is
the scheduled quantity, that quantity will be used for the
daily operational allocation. Upon request to Paiute, Shipper
will be provided operational allocated quantities pursuant to
              NAESB/GISB Standard 2.4.3 or 2.4.4 for the transaction(s)
which have been scheduled by Paiute for Shipper. Paiute may
send the operational allocated quantities on a daily basis
